California A Frank C Oxman "an alleged Western cattleman" was brought to trial for perjury in San Francisco in 1917. He was accused of giving evidence that Tom Mooney was the man who planted a suitcase of explosive on a street corner on the route of the Preparedness Day march on July 16, 1916 in which 10 people were killed and 40 injured. Was this the same Frank C Oxman who had water rights in Oregon?
